I strongly believe that everyone should be passionate about what they do. They should be empowered to reimagine how the tasks at hand could be better and less daunting, for themselves and those around them.  Work should be both independent and collaborative, balance the quantitative and the qualitative; visual and visceral; provocative and actionable.  Most importantly, it should be engaging and enjoyable. Otherwise, what’s the point?
